• FaultFinder: Automatically spots network problems, tracing them to their source and evaluating how many customers are affected. It constructs a dynamic model of how the network should perform, adjusting for changes in trends, and compares real-time measurements with the model.
• RealSpeed: Measures in-home Wi-Fi performance so ISPs can diagnose problems without having to get customers involved. It performs two tests, one from the router and one from a device connected to it, to determine where performance bottlenecks are.
• ConnectedHome: Monitors home broadband connections to show how internet experience changes over time. It includes scheduled tests, disconnection monitoring and customizable charts for application tests.
• ConstantCare: Helps care agents resolve customer issues more quickly by offering real-time performance data, including speed, latency and loss measurements.
