Warp is a modern terminal, built with the Rust programming language, designed to boost productivity and collaboration. It's designed to work with AI tools to help you and your team write software more quickly. Warp runs on MacOS and Linux.

Warp is designed to address the shortcomings of traditional terminals with AI tools that help you write and finish commands. You can type commands more easily with an IDE-like editor and smart completions. The AI system can provide suggestions and answers to your programming questions without you having to search the web. Your requests are private and secure, never used to train public models.

• Private by Default: Input and output is never captured, and cloud features are opt-in only.

Warp is designed with user privacy and security in mind. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and stored on Google Cloud servers. Users can opt-out of analytics and crash reporting, and input or output is never stored on Warp servers.

Warp pricing is as follows:

• Free: For individuals and professional engineers, $0 for up to 3 team members, including 40 Warp AI requests per user per month, personal Warp Drive, and up to 3 shared Notebooks and 10 shared Workflows.
• Team: For engineering teams, $22 per member per month (billed annually) or $25 billed monthly, adding shared Notebooks and Workflows, real-time session sharing, and private email support.
• Enterprise: For organizations with security and compliance requirements, custom pricing includes SAML-based SSO, bring your own LLM, and OpenAI zero data retention policy.
