Equility is an automated financial review tool that lets you check the accuracy of financial statements with a click. It's designed to streamline financial review and bank reconciliation for accounting and other financial professionals, freeing up time that would otherwise be spent on the tasks.

Equility integrates with QuickBooks data and compares it with bank statements to spot discrepancies or other problems with transactions. The tool automates account reconciliations, flagging uncleared transactions for review and ensuring proper balance. Other modules are available for depreciation, amortization, undeposited funds, liabilities, opening balance equity, assets and unclassified transactions. You can also set up custom rules for your own business needs.

Pricing is available in three tiers:

  • Pro: $5 per month per company, with an account reconciliation module and advisory support.

You'll have to download the Equility Chrome plug-in to link it to your QuickBooks Online data. The plug-in lets you start account reconciliations either in QuickBooks or through the Equility interface.
