Depthify.ai is a cloud-based and desktop service that converts 2D photos and videos into 3D spatial content that works on Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest. The service uses AI technology to add depth, stereo and MV-HEVC encoding to the imagery for better display.

Depthify.ai offers two conversion options: cloud-based processing and a desktop application. The cloud service lets customers upload video to be converted into 3D spatial content on secure servers for production-quality conversions. The desktop app lets people convert RGB photos and videos into depth, stereo, Spatial and 3D meshes with a graphical user interface.

Depthify.ai's features include:

Depthify.ai supports several depth estimation models, including Depth Anything Small, Depth Anything Base, dpt-hybrid-midas and dpt-large. Customers can also upload their own depth maps along with 2D images or videos.

Depthify.ai pricing is based on the number of frames converted, with different rates for 1080p and 4K resolutions. The 1080p tier costs $1.50 per minute at 30FPS, and the 4K tier costs $3.00 per minute at 30FPS. An Enterprise plan offers custom pricing and pipelines, including upscaling, segmentation and fisheye undistortion.

Depthify.ai can be useful for computer vision, 3D modeling and other uses where you want to improve the user experience on Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest devices. It'll work on most photos and videos, but some will yield better depth estimation results than others.
