Coach is an AI-powered career coach designed to help people navigate their career readiness journey, from students to job seekers. Built by CareerVillage and a network of mission-aligned educators, nonprofits and workforce boards, Coach is designed to democratize access to career information and advice so people can make better decisions about their future.

With Coach, learners can engage in a variety of activities to improve their career readiness:

Coach is designed to be easy to use and accessible, with a focus on improving learner outcomes through personalized, adaptive support. It's good for students, job seekers and career changers who need flexible, structured help. Partner organizations also can benefit from Coach, as it helps educators and career counselors by providing insights into learners' career readiness and freeing up time for more in-depth work.

Coach doesn't replace human coaching, but it does bring a new dimension with 24/7 availability and instant, personalized advice. Learners can use Coach for structured learning and then pair it with human coaching for more personalized help.

Coach assesses career readiness with the CAAS-SF survey, a research-validated assessment, at the beginning and end of a learner's use to measure progress. Mini-surveys also are used to measure the effect of specific activities on career readiness traits.

Coach is free for learners to use, and it can be a useful tool for anyone trying to figure out their career development. For partners, it can be easily integrated with existing systems, with dedicated support and insights into learner progress.
