Chessvision is a suite of apps that turns chess content interactive by scanning and analyzing chess positions from websites, ebooks, images and videos. It's geared for chess players, students and teachers who want to get more out of their chess content with real-time analysis and video links.

Among its features:

  • Browser Extension: Scans and analyzes chess diagrams on websites, including images and videos. You can select specific boards and add video links to Chess.com positions.
  • eBook Reader: Turns chess ebooks into interactive documents. You can open any PDF chess book and double-click on diagrams to analyze them. Teachers can create exercises and export them to Lichess Study or PDF sheets.
  • Mobile App: Scans chess diagrams from prints and digital documents with a mobile device. You can take a photo of a diagram, and the app will recognize the position and show it on an analysis board. YouTube videos from the same position are automatically found and played.
  • Video App: Watches chess videos with synchronized analysis boards and move lists. You can search videos by chess concepts and import PGN files to improve your game.
